Why save as a PDF?

Saving your reports as a PDF allows you to keep a copy for your records, share it with others, or print it at a later date.

How to save as a PDF

Farm Focus uses your browser’s print dialogue to save reports or other information as a PDF. This means you need to select Save as PDF in your print settings.

Steps to save as PDF

• Open the report, Livestock grid, Farm Code, or transaction list you want to save.
• Click the Print icon to open the browser print dialogue.

• Follow the instructions below depending on your browser:

Chrome

• Under Destination, use the drop-down arrow to select Save as PDF.
• Click Save.

Safari

• At the bottom left-hand side, use the drop-down arrow and select PDF.
• Click Print.

Microsoft Edge

• Under Printer, use the drop-down arrow to select Save as PDF.
• Click Save.

Firefox

• Under Destination, use the drop-down arrow to select Save to PDF.
• Click Save.

TIP:

Different browsers have slightly different print dialogues, but the general process remains the same. Make sure to check the selected destination before saving.
