How to get started with rural professional certification

What is Farm Focus certification?
Farm Focus certification ensures you understand key tools, features, and processes, giving you confidence when working with your customers and improving efficiency.

The certification process is available for accountancy, banking, and farm consultancy businesses.

• Banks and farm consultancy businesses complete five modules.

• Accountancy businesses complete six modules.

You do not need to complete all modules at once.

At the end of the online training, you will complete a 40–46 question multiple-choice test. If you achieve 80% or higher, you will become certified.

Your company must have a Workspace, and you must be a Workspace member to complete the certification process.

Workspace administrator access
The Workspace Administrator can view the certification status of all workspace members to track who needs certification for the professional organisation to become or remain accredited.

Steps to complete certification

1. Go to your professional organisation’s workspace.

2. Select Personal details.

3. Select Certification.

4. Click Go to Certification.

If you do not have a Learning Centre account:

• Click Sign up here!

• Complete the form to create an account.

  • Use the email address linked to your Farm Focus login.

  • Create a new password for the Learning Centre.

5. Select the course relevant to your profession.

6. Complete the modules and associated test.

7. Within 48 working hours, your certification date will be visible, and a certification symbol will appear next to your name.

Your Workspace Administrator can also view your certification status.
