• Consolidated reporting across every farm. See profit and cashflow across all your farms in one consolidated report, instead of opening each farm separately.
• Multi-year comparison. Compare a farm's results against last year, or track trends across multiple years, without rebuilding the numbers by hand.
• Lock financial dates. Set a lock date once you've finalised a farm's accounts, so nothing before that date changes without your say-so.
• Milk Trading Statement. Pull an accurate Milk Trading Statement straight from a farm's Farm Focus data, ready for their end of year pack.
• Livestock valuation and reconciliation (Beta). Run a full stock reconciliation and value livestock using Herd Scheme, National Standard Cost, or a mix of both.
• AI support. Use Farm Assistant and AI Summaries to get faster answers and insights across your farms.

Steps to upgrade

1. Go to the Marketplace in your Workspace.
   If you don’t already have a Workspace, find out how to create one here.

2. Select Focus Professional and follow the prompts to enter payment details.

3. Once successful, features will be available for immediate use.
